Wallace Company.  He has completed over $500,000,000 in diverse construction projects.  He organized McCally Group in 1985 and has worked with owners, architects, engineers, construction managers, general contractors and subcontractors on matters valued in excess of one billion dollars including claims preparation and negotiation, expert witness qualified in state and federal courts, troubleshooting major projects, change order evaluation/ negotiation, reasonable cost evaluations and claims defense.
